The third run of the "Ready, Set, RORO!" DBP Interisland Race came to a rousing conclusion last November 12 at the DBP Head Office as Team Kanlaon – composed of ABS-CBN celebrity Zaira dela Peña and twins Jojo and Jedtz Tan of Negros Oriental – finished first in the final leg to win the P1-million grand prize.
The DBP Family came in full force at the Inner Court to watch Team Kanlaon outrace three other teams and complete a three-relay game that included rappelling down from the 7th floor, to emerge triumphant in the 6-day adventure race that aimed to raise public awareness on the road roll-on/roll-off terminal system (RRTS).

Team Narra, composed of GMA-7 artist Ryza Cenon and businessmen Williamson Nocom and Erico Perez, clinched the second place with P500,000 in cash prize, while Team Mayon, with GMA 7 artist Rainier Castillo and newlyweds Jenny and Nitoi Villaflor from Camarines Sur, ended up at third place for a P300,000 cash prize. Team Sikatuna of celebrity participant Jen Rosendahl and martial arts enthusiasts Rasm Mendez and Ian Cainglet of Bohol placed fourth and won P150,000.
Highlighting the role of the interisland race in promoting the RORO as a cheap mode of transportation for trade and tourism, Chairman Patricia A. Sto.
